After I had my second baby, I was looking for a workout program that would keep me motivated. I rarely exercised before (an occasional Pilates class) but never found something that made me want to come back, until Tru Fitness. I like the small class size, it is near where I live as well as the time offered worked for me. The classes were combinations of weights, resistance, core exercise and endurance. After 5mths I still don’t like doing the burpees but can definitely do more than when I first started. My favourite part is at the end (maybe this is what get me through the beginning). The kickboxing and punching is fun and energizing, despite the fact you just worked hard for 40 minutes before. The combination of the workouts along with changing my eating helped me drop one pant size and 16 inches!!! Thank Amir for the motivation. I’m hooked! (Brandy, Teacher, 32yrs)
